Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your photography session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus the booking deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session will forfeit the full payment unless rescheduled within 30 days.

Delivery of Photos

Edited photos will be delivered within 2-4 weeks after the session via secure online gallery. Raw, unedited images are not provided. All photos remain the intellectual property of Authentic Captures with usage rights granted to the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
• Providing accurate contact information and event details
• Ensuring all participants are aware of and consent to being photographed
• Respecting our photographers and equipment

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect the session or delivery of photos.

Copyright and Usage

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Authentic Captures. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial use requires additional licensing agreements.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
